Bill Bonnell co-founded The Princeton Partnership in 2002, and brings over 25 years experience as an advisor to senior management, helping build and reshape organizations and participating in key management planning and staffing decisions throughout the insurance and financial services industries.
Prior to launching The Princeton Partnership, Bill was President of Bonnell Associates Ltd., a management consulting and executive search firm serving clients throughout the United States and internationally.. Previously, Bill consulted with the Organization and Executive Search practice of Ernst & Young. Bill also held various management positions with ITT Financial Services Europe and Hartford Insurance Group in the United States and in Europe. Later, in senior management positions at Merrill Lynch, European American Bank and Equicor-Equitable/HCA Corporation, he helped to build and improve these management organizations.
Bill has been a long time member of The International Insurance Society, Inc. (IIS), The Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Bill holds an MBA in Management and Economics from New York University, where he studied under Peter Drucker, attended the London School of Economics, University of London, and holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Drew University.
Bill enjoys reading, being in nature and exploring. His last trip was to Antarctica.
