We apply a comprehensive review of the issues and related details, testing assumptions to ensure a clear understanding of hard, irrefutable realities. Our disciplined approach evaluates existing and new issues as they become visible. 

This phase includes: 

  • Confirmation of key issues
  • Determining the effects on the organization
  • Defining the gap between the current situation and desired outcome
  • Identifying internal and external obstacles impeding progress

Strategy Development

The Strategy is the revised mission of a client’s company. It is, in effect, a living blueprint—designed to define the organization and its direction while remaining flexible in its ability to adjust course and respond to new forces.

Building on the due diligence and information gathered from the previous, The Princeton Partnership develops a strategic, actionable plan. The primary question here is: “What actions are required in order to close the gaps during the ‘Stabilization’ and ‘Evaluation’ stages?”

The Princeton Partnership merges Ratification and Implementation to ensure a committed, collaborative approach to supporting strategic plans across the organization. With a fully integrated approach, we incorporate Management Services, Exit Strategies, and Technical Services as needed.
