Creative solutions. Dependable results.
Tested, reworked, and tested again, our approach combines the best thinking in crises and turnaround management to help us dig deep, find solutions, and get results.
Whenever possible, we prefer to use our client’s resources, but we also have experience working with outside partners. We can manage infrastructure requirements and changes as they are needed. Finding the right resolution takes experience, discipline, and (because every situation is different) creativity.
Step 01
Stabilization
The Princeton Partnership balances solving for short-term needs with planning for long-term success: We address immediate concerns with deliberate action, without jeopardizing a client’s future. Our process uncovers new and less obvious solutions by marrying our experience with our creativity. Invariably, these targeted solutions yield the greatest leverage in improving performance.
This phase includes:
- Environmental Scan: Identify internal and external factors and issues requiring immediate attention
- Time Sensitivity: Actions and critical milestones to get the business out of crisis mode
- Critical Success Factors: Prioritize actions and executables
- Hidden Opportunities: Determine unique pathways to solve short and long-term problems
Step 02
Fact Finding & Evaluation
With the data and insights gathered during ‘Stabilization,’ The Princeton Partnership expands analysis. We apply a comprehensive review of the issues and related details, testing assumptions to ensure a clear understanding of hard, irrefutable realities. Our disciplined approach evaluates existing and new issues as they become visible.
This phase includes:
- Confirmation of key issues
- Determining the effects on the organization
- Defining the gap between the current situation and desired outcome
- Identifying internal and external obstacles impeding progress
Step 03
Strategy Development
The Strategy is the revised mission of a client’s company. It is, in effect, a living blueprint—designed to define the organization and its direction while remaining flexible in its ability to adjust course and respond to new forces.
Building on the due diligence and information gathered from the previous, The Princeton Partnership develops a strategic, actionable plan. The primary question here is: “What actions are required in order to close the gaps during the ‘Stabilization’ and ‘Evaluation’ stages?”
Step 04
Ratification & Implementation
The Princeton Partnership merges Ratification and Implementation to ensure a committed, collaborative approach to supporting strategic plans across the organization. With a fully integrated approach, we incorporate Management Services, Exit Strategies, and Technical Services as needed.
Step 05
Outcomes Analysis
The Princeton Partnership measures results—action plans, timetables, milestones and metrics—for each client engagement, tailored based on their strategy and performance needs.
Often, long term solutions create additional challenges or unintended consequences that require monitoring and attention, and we assure ongoing support and comprehensive analysis of all events.
